Class Schedule

  • Course is three days long in the hotel conference room upstairs.
  • Each class day begins at 9:00 am and ends at 5:00 pm (or later if we run behind) with an hour lunch break.
  • Lunch is the responsibility of the student, but we will usually go as a class to a nearby restaurant.
  • Breakfast is provided by the hotel, drinks are available in the meeting room throughout the day.
  • The certification test will be given on the last day of class and should be completed no later than 6:00 pm on the last day of class.

While attending training, evenings and lunch breaks are great opportunities to network with other professionals or possibly make contacts for new job opportunities using RouterOS.

What You Need and Need to Know & Bring

  1. You will need a working laptop with administrative privileges so you can set a static IP address.  You will also need to know how to set a static IP on your laptop and Google is a great place to search for guides on how to do that. Your laptop needs an Ethernet port!
  2. Bring a standard power strip, two each Cat5 cables at least 3 feet long and a notebook to write in, everything else is provided.
  3. You need a basic understanding of networking and subnetting.  There are tons of YouTube videos to watch to learn subnetting.
  4. All students attending and taking an exam will receive one free RouterOS Level 4 license

Cancellations: In case you need to cancel your participation at the seminar, a written notice should be sent in by e-mail to [email protected] prior the seminar. There is an administrative fee of US$100 for refunds. There is no refund for training fee paid, if cancellation is received less than 10 days before the event.

The Dallas/Ft Worth (DFW) Airport North Holiday Inn Express & Suites is only one mile from the DFW Airport. We also offer a free shuttle to and from DFW Airport, and during limited times within three miles of the hotel. Disclaimer: Shuttle schedule subject to change due to weather conditions.
The complimentary shuttle to and from DFW Airport runs from 4:15AM to midnight 7 days per week.   DFW Airport has pick up locations for courtesy vehicles at the following gate and terminals:
